A film blown film operator is a key position ensuring the efficient and stable operation of a film blown production line. They should possess the following basic skills and practical experience:
Proficient in setting up and operating single-layer, three-layer, or multi-layer film blown film extrusion systems, including core equipment such as extruders and calenders;
Ability to change molds and adjust equipment parameters according to production needs, and quickly adapt to production line changes;
Master equipment fine-tuning and troubleshooting techniques to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Accurately weigh resins, raw materials, colorants, and other chemicals according to recipes;
Manage material feeds, mixes raw materials, and transfers materials to the next process.
Monitor film quality throughout the entire process and conduct continuous quality checks to ensure compliance with standards;
Coordinate production efficiency, finished product quality, and waste control to ensure production targets are met.
Strictly adhere to safety operating procedures to ensure personal and equipment safety;
Be familiar with and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain stable production.
