How Strong Is Blown Film? Real ABA Film Strength Test

I don't trust spec sheets alone. When a customer asks "how strong is the film," I like to show, not just tell.

Last week at the factory, we ran a quick load test on ABA blown film fresh off the machine. Two workers held the edges. One person stepped on it. Then stood there. Waved. Even jumped off at the end. No tearing. No deformation.

I'm not going to tell you the exact thickness or material formula. That's our customer's production spec, not public data. We've been building film blowing machines since 1996, and one thing we've learned: customer IP stays confidential. What I can show you is the result.
