Lowering the melt temperature can effectively reduce the melt fluidity, making it relatively strong when extruded from the die head, and not causing uneven film cooling due to the tilt of the film bubble caused by the cooling air.
Reduce the cooling air volume or adjust the uneven cooling air.
The angle of the herringbone plate is too large, so that the film is flattened in a short time, resulting in wrinkles. The angle of the herringbone plate should be appropriately reduced.
The film mouth extrusion is uneven, and the mouth die should be adjusted to make it in a vertical state.
The tension of the winding roller is too large to pull the film wrinkles. The tension of the winding roller should be appropriately reduced.
